This site reads other people’s numbers for a living, so it had better be reachable when those numbers move. The channels below each have a purpose; using the right one gets you a faster answer.

Corrections and read disputes

If a read misstates your operator’s figures – current or historical – write to hello@reelkingdom.uk with the subject line starting CORRECTION, the page URL and the current text or table in question. We re-read from the document you attach, and if the arithmetic was wrong the fix ships with a dated note on the page. We do not delete corrections; we annotate them.

Operators and PR

Operators are welcome to send current terms documents, licence registry links and clarification letters to the same address with the subject OPERATOR. We read everything and answer everything, but coverage and board subscores are ours: a clearer terms page lifts a clarity row, a corrected figure removes a warning, and nothing else moves the numbers.

Commercial questions

Partnership and commission questions go to the same address with the subject COMMERCIAL. Claim links run through a tracked redirector that reports clicks, and we are happy to share the aggregate figures a partner is entitled to see. We do not sell placements in reads, and the board order is not for sale.

Readers

Everything else – a row you cannot find, a receipt that does not match your offer, a rail read you wish existed – reaches us at hello@reelkingdom.uk with the subject READER. We read all of it. The guides that exist here started as questions like yours.
